Media Silence Fuels Gaza’s Suffering

                                          Media Silence Fuels Gaza’s Suffering

The global media’s bias and self-censorship on Gaza and the West Bank is staggering. October 7 is endlessly branded as “terrorism,” yet the far greater terror unleashed by Israel under Benjamin Netanyahu is treated with euphemisms, omissions, or silence. The deliberate mass killing of civilians, the starvation of children, and the destruction of hospitals and schools are not framed as crimes, but as “security operations.”
Gaza has been reduced to a Nazi-style concentration camp—its population trapped, starved, and bombed with weapons supplied by the United States, Britain, France, Germany, and Italy. The siege has turned food delivery into a death trap, with Israeli snipers and bombs killing people as they approach aid centers.
In the West Bank, home demolitions, settler rampages, and military raids that slaughter civilians are reported as “clashes,” erasing the reality of one-sided brutality. Where are the headlines naming these acts for what they are—war crimes and crimes against humanity?
Media complicity enables Netanyahu’s impunity and normalizes mass atrocity. Until journalists shed their double standards and confront the scale of Israel’s crimes, they remain silent partners in one of the gravest injustices of our time.
