Stop the Killing and End the Starvation in Gaza - 10.8.2025

In just the past 24 hours, Israeli forces have killed eight more Palestinians in Gaza, adding to at least 118 killed since Friday—days after former President Trump called on Israel to halt its strikes. Displaced residents like Ibrahim Dib describe Gaza as a “genocide, a humanitarian extermination.” His words reflect the despair of a population suffering from bombing, famine, and forced displacement.

Meanwhile, Israel’s far-right minister Itamar Ben-Gvir staged a deliberately provocative visit to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, boasting that “we are the owners of the Temple Mount.” Such fanatic rhetoric only deepens hatred and undermines fragile cease-fire efforts now underway in Egypt, attended by Trump’s envoy Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, and regional mediators.

At the same time, Israeli forces have intercepted yet another humanitarian flotilla bringing food and medicine to Gaza’s starving hospitals—seizing both aid and passengers. Enough. The world must demand an end to these war crimes and collective punishments. True peace begins not with domination, but with justice, compassion, and the freedom of Palestinians to live with dignity.
