Gaza
Gaza, Blatant partiality towards Israel since 1948 has
created this tragedy The scale of the catastrophe in Gaza is staggering, with
over 37,000 Palestinians killed, including well over 15,000 children. This
number is likely much higher due to unknown fatalities under the rubble. The
relentless bombardments and drone attacks have caused unimaginable
psychological and physical exhaustion. As UNICEF spokesperson James Elder
poignantly noted, "The killing of children in Gaza and the destruction of
Gaza cannot possibly bring peace to the Middle East."
We must recognize the humanity in all children and act to
end this devastating cycle of violence and deprivation. Please call the White
House comment line at 202-456-1111 and demand an end to weapons sales to
Israel, an immediate unconditional ceasefire, the immediate resumption of food,
water, and fuel supplies, and an end to settler terrorism in the West Bank.
