Israel’s continuing attacks on Gaza, with Children among the dead and wounded, should shock the Conscience of the World. Even as Civilians suffer, Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has celebrated the construction of Gallows intended for Palestinians—a horrifying symbol of how far Dehumanization has gone.
At the same time, Israel is conducting Strikes in Syria while participating in U.S.-brokered Talks with the Syrian Government. Diplomacy cannot succeed when Military Force continues alongside Negotiations.
The United States must use its enormous Influence to demand an immediate end to attacks on Civilians, reject Executions and Collective Punishment, and insist on genuine Negotiations. America should not provide Diplomatic or Military Cover for Policies that deepen Suffering and make Peace ever more distant.
The killing of Children and the construction of Gallows should not be treated as normal Politics. They demand Accountability, Restraint, and an urgent Commitment to human life.
