How much is the United States paying Third Countries to accept Immigrants under secretive “Third Country” arrangements? Who authorized these agreements, and where is the public accounting?
What happens when a three-month stay expires? Will people be sent to their Countries of Birth, even when they may face persecution, torture, imprisonment, or death?
Who determines whether returning someone places a human life in serious danger? What legal protections exist for those who could face such a fate?
