When children are killed, civilians are denied safety, women are subjected to brutality, and entire communities endure destruction, we must have the moral courage to call serious injustice what it is.

The suffering of innocent people in Gaza, the West Bank, Sudan, Ukraine and elsewhere should awaken our conscience. Human life cannot be reduced to statistics, and cruelty must never become acceptable simply because it has become familiar.

The Holocaust remains one of history’s clearest warnings about the consequences of hatred, dehumanization and indifference. We must not allow indifference to become normalized again.

Moral clarity does not mean hatred. It means recognizing injustice, defending human dignity and refusing to treat cruelty as inevitable.

We must speak clearly when innocent people suffer. Silence does not make wrongdoing less serious.

The test of our humanity is whether we value every human life equally.

Amini Had Been Detained By Iran’s So-Called “Morality Police” Over Compulsory Veiling Rules. Her Death Became A Symbol Of Iranian Women’s Struggle For Dignity, Freedom And Basic Human Rights.

What Followed Was A Brutal Nationwide Crackdown. Hundreds Of Protesters And Bystanders, Including Children, Were Killed. Thousands More Were Arbitrarily Detained, Tortured, Subjected To Enforced Disappearance Or Otherwise Abused. Families Seeking Truth And Justice Were Also Persecuted.

The Evidence Now Shows That These Were Not Isolated Abuses But Part Of A Widespread And Systematic Campaign Of Repression. Those Who Ordered, Directed, Enabled Or Covered Up These Crimes Must Face Justice.

The World Must Remember Mahsa Amini And The Victims Of “Woman, Life, Freedom.” Silence And Impunity Must Not Be Allowed To Continue. International Action Is Needed To Pursue Accountability For These Crimes Against Humanity.

Letter 9/11 Iraq and Israel - 9.14.2026

America, Britain and other countries that supported the Iraq war owe the people of Iraq a sincere apology.

George W. Bush and his administration made the disastrous decision to invade Iraq based on claims about weapons of mass destruction that proved false. Iraq had no role in the 9/11 attacks, yet its people paid an enormous price for a war they did not start.

George W. Bush must also apologize for authorizing the CIA’s enhanced interrogation program, which involved methods widely condemned as torture. Guantánamo Bay became a symbol of serious human rights abuses and should finally be closed.

The Iraq war killed and displaced countless people and contributed to years of violence and instability. America and Britain should have the courage to acknowledge their mistakes and apologize to the Iraqi people.

Today, the suffering of civilians in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon makes accountability even more urgent. Israeli military operations have killed and injured civilians, while Palestinians continue to face displacement and violence.

Every human life has equal value.

Governments must be held accountable when their decisions cause catastrophic harm. Admitting mistakes is not weakness. It is a moral responsibility.
